1. Agreement

By applying to or enrolling in the Enterprise BI War Room cohort ("Program"), or by using analyticswithd.com, you agree to these Terms. The Program is operated by Deepesh Vashistha ("we", "us").

2. Application & seats

Submitting an application does not guarantee a seat. We review applications manually and reserve the right to accept or decline any applicant. Seats are limited and offered on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis once you receive an invitation.

3. Payments

• All fees are listed in INR and processed securely via Razorpay.
• Your seat is confirmed only after payment is verified.
• You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion, or bank fees applicable in your country.

4. Refund policy

• Before the cohort starts: full refund minus payment-gateway fees if requested at least 72 hours before the first session.
• Within the first session: 50% refund if you let us know before the second session begins.
• After the second session: no refund, since cohort capacity is locked and materials are released.
• If we cancel a cohort for any reason, you receive a full refund or the option to roll into the next batch.

5. What you get

Access to live sessions, simulation scenarios, supporting materials, and the cohort community for the duration of your batch. Specific deliverables are described on the landing page for the batch you enroll in.

6. Intellectual property

All cohort materials - slides, datasets, simulations, recordings, templates, frameworks - are owned by Analytics with D and are licensed to you for personal learning only. You may not resell, re-publish, or share them publicly. You may absolutely use what you learn in your own work and projects.

7. Code of conduct

We expect everyone in the cohort to be respectful, on-topic, and honest. Harassment, plagiarism, or sharing private cohort material outside the group will result in removal without refund.

8. No guarantees

The Program is designed to sharpen how you think and work as a BI professional. We do not guarantee jobs, salary increases, or specific outcomes - those depend on your effort and context.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Program or the website is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the site or Program after changes means you accept the new Terms.
