1. Who we are

Analytics with D ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Deepesh Vashistha. We provide the Enterprise BI War Room cohort and related learning content via analyticswithd.com. If you have any privacy questions, contact us at hello@analyticswithd.com.

2. What we collect

• Application info: name, email, current role, experience, and the short-form answers you submit when you apply to a cohort.
• Payment info: processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details - only a payment reference, amount, status, and timestamp.
• Communication: emails you send us and our replies (e.g., onboarding, invoices, support).
• Basic usage data: standard server logs (IP, browser, pages visited) used to keep the site secure and working.

3. How we use it

• To review your application and respond to you.
• To deliver the cohort, send schedules, and share materials.
• To process payments and send receipts.
• To improve the program based on aggregated feedback.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not run ad retargeting on this site.

4. Who we share it with

We only share data with service providers we need to operate:

• Razorpay - payment processing.
• Supabase - secure database and authentication.
• Email provider - to send transactional emails (receipts, invitations, updates).

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

5. How long we keep it

Application data is kept for up to 24 months so we can review repeat applications. Payment records are kept as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law (typically 7 years). You can ask us to delete non-essential data at any time.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• See what personal data we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete data that we are not legally required to keep.
• Unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, encrypted database storage, role-based access, and signature-verified payment callbacks. No system is 100% secure, but we treat your data as carefully as we treat client data in our consulting work.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and to keep the site working. We do not use marketing or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Changes

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
